0.104.3 - Glowing Hot

This is a hotfix release. It contains small, but important fixes:

New game used to carry over faction reputation, leading to unexpected behaviour of AI (ie. aggression). Now you begin with clean slate.
Ship systems don't go mute now when you are on edge of the screen on 4K display.
Bullets will no-longer hit your excavator if you are flying really fast.
Updates German translation.
Fixes typos in various translations.
