0.61.0 - Guiding Hand

This release expands the in-game tutorial. Changelog:

• Added recon drone tutorial section, covering camera controls and mining.
• Improved LIDAR display readability.
• Added motion blur effect when zooming in/out rapidly.
• Changed they way tutorial works to allow multiple independent tutorials covering different parts of the game.
• Fixed some audio issues with boot splash.
