This is another hotpatch addressing bugs found in recent days. Changelog:
- AI's that are not wearing an android bodies no-longer show faces on the comms.
- Dialog screen in OMS will now scroll to show you latest dialogs automatically.
- Vilcy will not try to claim same bounty multiple times.
- When game is not in focus (alt-tab) music and audio will stop.
- Added video tutorial to the main menu.
- Fixed couple of typos in translations.
