This is enhancement and re-balance release. Changes:
- You can disable individual ship systems on OMS screen now.
- Reactor leaks re-balanced again.
- Game logs now contain FPS information, so we can pin-point performance issues better.
- Custom paint on AI ships will now show up correctly in game.
- Performance improvements in dense regions of the rings.
