0.76.2 - Rapid Deployment

This release brings re-balancing of the microwave emitter, coupled with new visual effects for overheating on-board computer and AI tuning allowing ships to take advantage of this.

Changelog:

• Overheating on-board computer will now cause display artifacts and glitches.
• Added EMP shields to ships that should have them.
• Re-balanced thruster parameters for ships that are not propelled by Nuclear Thermal Rockets.
• Re-balanced EMP/microwave.
• Fine-tuned AI behaviour for hostile factions to take advantage of new EMP balance.
• Cargo bay baffles can no longer break off during initial dive.
• Stability improvements.
